skunkie Skunk
Skunkie came to us from a fur and urine farm in Ashtabula, Ohio. More about that rescue can be found here. We did not intend to keep her, as we were dealing with a LOT of foxes and did not house any skunks at the time. However, as time went on our staff became attached and no one had reached out about being able to take her. “Skunkie” was meant to be a placeholder name, but the name grew on the staff as well. She lives with our other two skunks, Fern and Theodora.
