Casey Leopard

Casey came from a private owner in 2017 from South Carolina who was downsizing his facility. Although the man had very nice enclosures and his animals loved him, visitors had complained about Casey not having a tail, so the owner decided to find Casey a new home. Casey is a grumpy old man and like most visitors, only likes a select couple of people. Being declawed and overweight when he arrived, we didn’t see Casey be very active. Casey has been able to lose a lot of weight since coming to the rescue center. With exercise and a smaller diet, we have seen Casey become more active. You can often see him straddling his log in the sunshine.
