Nippers Tiger
Nippers was born here years ago from a rescued tiger couple and introduced to other young tigers who became a social group called The Eight. Nippers is very distinguishable as she will often come up to greet you by yelling at you. Though she doesn't like people, she does like her siblings even if they just tolerate her. Her and her sister Serena like to take turns not listening to the keepers. Although she has lived here for years, Nippers still has temperment issues so large groups are not allowed to go back by Nippers enclosure. We believe that Nippers’ issues are most likely due to neurological issues from the genetic inbreeding that happens in the captive tiger world that a lot of these cats are rescued from.
